Training
To learn to balance competence and consciousness,
the young students joining YGA participate in the Mentorship Program: a 12-months cycle of meetings
where they discuss and work on YGA projects.
The 12-month path to become a Young YGA Mentor
involves three stages:

A 6-month training period with one
online meeting per week where young students will
structure the activities, exchange their points of view, their feelings and ideas about the teamwork,
the Science Movement and Visually Impaired Mobility projects
they attended during the week.
After the first 6 months, YGA young students will become
YGA Project Managers: they will have to safeguard the positive
climate of the team by organizing and planning each meeting,
implementing their interpersonal skills in respect to each component of
the group, and improving teamwork.

Young students who want to continue their path within
YGA after completing the Mentorship Program, will be able to become
Young Mentors for newly enrolled students
who decide to join YGA.
